Wrong size or simply changed your mind?
No problem. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Just return the item to its original condition within 30 calendar days from when you received your delivery. You will need to have the order number to hand; just include it in your return with your full name and address.
Take the parcel to your local Post Office using the returns address provided on your parcel. You will need to cover the cost of return postage unless you can prove the item you received was faulty. We suggest keeping a proof of postage and for added reassurance, you should consider a recorded delivery service for higher value items. This will help us track the item on its way back to us and process the refund without delays. You are advised to send us an email to notify us and help us expedite your return.
We will refund your account (money-back guarantee), once we receive the item in its original unused resaleable condition. We aim to refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the item back. The way you originally paid for the order will determine how you’re refunded.
